3 Layer Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pie

For Pie Crust:
  • 2 Cups of Processed Sheila G’s Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle crumbs (food processor)
  • 8 Tablespoon of unsalted butter

  • For Pie Filling:
  • 2 Cups Strawberry Frozen Yogurt, softened
  • 2 Cups Frozen Vanilla Yogurt, softened
  • 2 Cups Frozen Blueberry Yogurt, softened
  • 1 Pint of fresh blueberries
  • 1 Pint whole strawberries
  • (feel free to replace frozen yogurt with ice cream)

    For Topping:
  • ½ Cup Fresh Whole Strawberries (add more as desired)
  • ½ Cup Fresh Blueberries (add more as desired)
  • Several large pieces Sheila G’s Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle

  • Recommended Cookware:
  • 1 9” Pie Pan (Pyrex/glass)
  • 3 Mixing bowls (1 for Strawberry frozen yogurt, 1 for Blueberry frozen yogurt, one for Vanilla frozen yogurt)
  • To Prepare Pie Crust:
    1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C)

    2) Mix 1 stick of melted butter with 2 Cups of processed Brownie Brittle crumbs

    3) Press into 9” Pyrex pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.

    4) Remove from oven and cool completely

    To Prepare Pie Filling:
    1) Take mixing bowls and measure out softened frozen yogurt (allowing yogurt to soften makes mixing berries easier). Put one flavor of yogurt in each of the three bowls.

    2) Add the berries to the coinciding softened frozen yogurts (mix-in blueberries with the blueberry yogurt and strawberries with the strawberry yogurt)

    3) Vanilla frozen yogurt remains plain

    4) Start with the strawberry fruit frozen yogurt and spoon into the cooled pie pan (spread it over the pie crust)

    5) Next, layer the vanilla frozen yogurt

    6) Finally, finishing off by placing the top layer of Blueberry fruit frozen yogurt

    7) Cover with plastic wrap and set in freezer for 8 hours. Freeze the pie for up to a week

    To Serve:
Remove frozen pie and mound fresh berries along with large pieces of the Brownie Brittle for scooping. Slice & serve immediately!
