Brittled Popcorn
  • 3 Cups Plain Popcorn
  • 1 Tbl Melted Butter or Sunflower Oil (or other favorite oil)
  • 3 Tbl Crushed Sheila G’s Toffee Crunch Brownie Brittle
  • To Prepare:
    1) Pop fresh popcorn according to instructions

    2) Once popped drizzle with butter or oil and toss to coat thoroughly (in addition to flavor, the butter/oil is used to help the Toffee Crunch Brownie Brittle crush stick to the popcorn better). Feel free to substitute any other flavor of Brownie Brittle.

    3) Pour crushed Brownie Brittle over the popcorn – a great light evening snack!

    Serve immediately.

    Note: Pairs beautifully with a Chardonnay (Sheila’s favorite!).
