Brownie Brittle Apple Yogurtini
  • 8-oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt (your favorite brand – plain or vanilla)
  • Blueberries (2 cups)
  • 1 large apple (choice of type cut into small square pieces)
  • Brownie Brittle (4oz bag of Salted Caramel – 2 Tbl crushed and remaining broken into small pieces)
  • Orange Honey for drizzling (or substitute plain flavor)
  • Rim the tops of 8 Martini glasses with honey. Dip the glasses into the crushed Brownie Brittle. Add favorite Greek yogurt, blueberries, sliced apples, Salted Carmel Brownie Brittle and a drizzle of orange honey. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
