Brownie Brittle-tini
First, Sheila G reinvented the brownie, and now she reinvented the cocktail. This is perfect for something different to serve at any gathering…or for just an intimate evening at home.

Brownie Brittle Cocktail Glass Edge Ingredients:
• 1oz Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle

• Caramel Sauce (or chocolate sauce based on preference)

• Sheila G likes to use martini glasses for this cocktail

Cocktail Ingredients:
• Vanilla Vodka
• Chocolate Liquor
• Irish Cream
• Fresh Mint Leaves
• Ice

To prepare the Brownie Brittle cocktail glass edge – Crush the 1-ounce of Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle in a food processor or by hand (you can even use a coffee grinder). Be sure to get it very fine, as this helps it stick to the glass edges better. Pour the crushed Brownie Brittle onto a plate or shallow bowl. Lightly (very lightly) coat the top edge of your cocktail glasses with the caramel sauce. Turn over the cocktail glasses and dip them each in the plate of crushed Brownie Brittle. (Processed Brownie Brittle may be stored in an airtight container for up to a week)

To Prepare your Brownie Brittle-tini- - Pour the vanilla vodka, chocolate liquor, Irish cream and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients together and strain into your prepared glasses complete with their Brownie Brittle edge! Garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy :-D
