Brownie Brittle™ White Russian Cocktail
While Sheila G’s favorite thing to order at a bar is likely a glass of Chardonnay, she occasionally ventures out trying different things. She loves coffee (every morning). She loves cream (in every cup of coffee). And she obviously LOVES Brownie Brittle. There have been several cocktails created with Brownie Brittle, but Sheila G has always been a fan of the classic White Russian. So the idea of putting these all together by her was definitely a natural. This is one of Sheila G’s favorite cocktails and promises to be one of yours, too.


• 1 teaspoon crushed Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle

• 1 or 2 drops of Caramel sauce

• 2 ounces vodka

• 1 ounce Kahlúa

• Heavy cream (to desired amount)

To Prepare:

1. Rim an old fashioned high ball glass with caramel sauce then dip the edges of the glass in the crushed Brownie Brittle to coat the rim.

2. Fill the glass with ice.

3. Add vodka and Kahlua.

4. Top with a large splash of heavy cream and stir.
