Good-for-You Brittled Banana Shake

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • ‪‎1 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp agave nectar for in shake + ½ tsp for rimming glasses
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle
  • Optional – slices of banana
  • To Prepare:

    Pour ice and unsweetened almond milk into a blender. Mix on high until combined.

    Add peeled banana, almond butter, walnuts, 1 tsp agave nectar and cinnamon. Mix until thoroughly combined.

    Rim the top of each glass with agave nectar (a little goes a long way – you may have some left over).

    Pour the crushed Brownie Brittle onto a plate.

    Dip the tops of the glasses into the Brownie Brittle crush.

    Optional – add a slice of banana as garnish to each glass.

    Yields 4-6 servings
