Spring Brittled Bliss
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cut-up strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios
  • 2 T honey
  • 2-ounces Sheila G’s Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle

  • Additional/Substitution Ingredients
  • Chopped almonds
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Blackberries/raspberries
  • (Another recipe where you can use your imagination!)
    To Prepare
    Rinse and dry strawberries and blueberries, cut up the strawberries and set all aside. Cut shelled pistachios in half and set aside. Divide ricotta cheese among four wine glasses. Drizzle ½ T honey on top of the ricotta cheese in each glass. Top with berries, pomegranate, pistachios and finally…the crowning glory…Brownie Brittle. Serve immediately.
