Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed M&M'S® Minis Blondie Brownie Brittle
  • 2 sticks room temperature unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 cups AP flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  •  

Instructions

  • Cream together butter and both sugars for 3 minutes. Add in eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and beat until just combined. Mix in the crushed M&M'S® Minis Blondie Brownie Brittle and dark chocolate chips. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 14 large cookies!
