M&M'S® Minis Blondie Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed M&M'S® Minis Blondie Brownie Brittle
- 2 sticks room temperature unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 cups AP flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream together butter and both sugars for 3 minutes. Add in eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and beat until just combined. Mix in the crushed M&M'S® Minis Blondie Brownie Brittle and dark chocolate chips. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 14 large cookies!
